Thank you to those who supported me in the Arvada Fire Board election.
I was not successful, nevertheless the campaign was an educational and enlightening experience.
The turn-out was shocking low -- only 1,650 voters -- and the election itself was poorly administered and rather unprofessionally conducted.
Again, my appreciation to friends and supporters.

We pay a high tax to the Fire District -- fiscal vigilance
is especially important.
Number one priority is paying market competitive
salary/wages to our firefighter professionals.

Fewer 'executive sessions' -- The business of the public should be public.
